2. Information we collect

We only collect information you voluntarily provide:

• Contact form: name, email, optional phone, subject and message content.
• Commercial account setup: legal name, billing address, contact person, business number.
• Pickups and deliveries: origin and destination addresses, recipient names, special instructions.
• Cookies: essential cookies required to operate the site and, with your consent, analytics and communications cookies.

3. Purposes

• Respond to your quote, information or service requests.
• Plan, execute and invoice pickups and deliveries.
• Manage your commercial account and online portal access.
• Comply with our legal and regulatory obligations (customs, accounting, security).
• With your explicit consent: send you communications by SMS or email regarding our services.

4. Consent

You consent to the collection and processing of your personal information by voluntarily submitting a form or using our services. For SMS and marketing communications, consent is collected separately via the corresponding checkboxes — you may withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP to a text message, clicking the unsubscribe link in an email, or writing to us at info@courrierinterfast.com.

5. Retention

Shipment-related information is retained for the duration required by our accounting and customs obligations (7 years). Prospecting information (contact-form inquiries without follow-up) is retained for a maximum of 24 months.

6. Sharing and subcontractors

We never sell your personal information. It may be shared with:

• Our logistics providers and customs brokers, strictly for the purpose of executing your shipment.
• Cloudflare (United States / global edge) — static hosting (Cloudflare Pages) and operational technical logging (anonymized access logs).
• Aspyn AI Inc. (Longueuil, Quebec) — secure relay of form submissions to our internal email recipients (the forms.aspyn.ai service).
• Cloudflare Turnstile (Cloudflare Inc.) — privacy-respecting anti-bot verification, with no persistent cookies and no advertising-profile tracking.
• Google Tag Manager + Google Analytics (Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC, United States) — tag management and audience measurement. No tag fires until you give explicit consent via the cookie banner (Google Consent Mode v2 default-denied). If you decline or do not respond, no data is transmitted to Google.
• Competent authorities when required by law.

Some of these providers may process data outside Quebec (Canada, United States, European Union). We ensure they offer an equivalent level of protection.

7. Your rights (Law 25)

You have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you.
• Have it rectified if inaccurate.
• Request cessation of dissemination or de-indexing, in cases provided by law.
• Withdraw your consent to marketing communications at any time.
• File a complaint with Quebec's Commission d'accès à l'information (cai.gouv.qc.ca).
