1. Acceptance

Use of this site and the services offered by Courrier Inter-Fast Inc. implies full acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.

2. Service levels

Courrier Inter-Fast offers six service levels: Direct (non-stop, anytime), Urgent (2 hours max, Montreal area), Regular (4 hours max, 8 AM–5 PM Mon–Fri), AM/PM (same day or next day depending on call time), Special (evenings and weekends, 24/7) and Pallets (same day or next day). Specific rates, transit times and shipping conditions are confirmed by written quote or via our customer portal before each shipment. Transit times begin at pickup, subject to traffic and weather conditions.

3. Fuel surcharge and bike exemption

A fuel surcharge applies to road shipments. It is reviewed on the first Monday of each month based on data published by the Régie de l'énergie du Québec. Shipments handled by our bicycle couriers are never subject to this surcharge.

4. Payment methods

Cards accepted: Visa · MasterCard. For commercial accounts: weekly or monthly invoicing, online, by fax or by mail. Payments due within 30 days of invoicing, unless otherwise agreed.

5. Limitation of liability

Courrier Inter-Fast's liability for loss, damage or delay is limited per our service contract and applicable transport regulations. For high-value shipments, supplementary insurance must be requested at the time of order.

6. Restricted goods

Certain goods cannot be transported (undeclared dangerous materials, cash, illegal goods, etc.). For international shipments, the customer is responsible for providing accurate customs documents.

7. Intellectual property

The content, layout and design of this site belong to Courrier Inter-Fast and are protected by applicable law. Reproduction without written authorization is prohibited.

8. External links

The site contains links to third-party sites (Météomédia, Quebec 511, Canada Post, etc.) for informational purposes. Courrier Inter-Fast is not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.

9. Changes

These terms may be modified at any time. The applicable version is the one in force at the time of use of the site or delivery of the service.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws in force in the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute will fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of the judicial district of Longueuil.
